Battle of Branchage
Evan Grant, the 29-year-old founder of Shoreditch-based arts and technology collective Seeper collaborated with Flat-e studio to project on to the walls of the third-century Gorey Castle as part of Jerseys recent Branchage Festival. The video was tailored to the castles complex geometry and through the use of 3D projection mapping we made polychrome blocks appear to slide out of the fortifications and the structure twist and collapse against the night sky.

The Get By | NYC skaters
HBO has been pushing the hell out of their series “How to Make it in America” and as part of their efforts have just dropped this mini-documentary, “The Get By” about being a skater and making it in the industry in the dopest city in the world. It’s impossible to front on all the ill footage of NYC skatespots and interviews with Billy Rohan, Gino Iannucci, Anthony Pappalardo, Zered Basset, Todd Jordan and many more, but you can’t help but think it’s a little suspect that HBO produced this very real documentary just to hype a fake show. Maybe they should make “The Get By” a series and drop the other one.

Tokyo Below
Tokyo Below: A Documentary of Independent Rock Music in Japan from James R Petix on Vimeo.
Tokyo Below is a subterranean train ride through the city's underground music scene. Down here it seems as though the overwhelming pop culture of the streets of Tokyo has had little effect. Starting at its rock and roll influences and progressing into the sounds of punk, hardcore, and emo the Tokyo music scene more directly parallels its American counterpart than the native pop mainstream.

Skating Inside The Baker Boys Warehouse
Working for Baker Boys Distribution is no joke…well…sorta. The boys responsible for packaging and shipping out Deathwish product out all of the world do work 9 to 5, 5 days a week, but that doesn’t mean they never get any skating, drinking, or eating pizza in. In fact, Jim Greco actually gets some guitar lessons in as well.
View the video below and see what really goes down at the Baker Boys warehouse.
